Additional terms for street vendors who register and operate on FeriBazaar.

This Vendor Agreement applies to anyone who registers a Vendor account on FeriBazaar ("Vendor", "you") and is in addition to our general Terms of Service. By creating a Vendor account, you agree to both documents.
To register as a Vendor, you must provide a valid mobile number (verified by OTP), a business/stall name, the category of goods or services you offer, and your operating city. To increase trust with customers, we may ask for an identity document (such as Aadhaar, PAN, or Voter ID) for verification. Verified vendors may be shown with a "Verified" badge.
When you start a "live route", FeriBazaar shares your approximate real-time location with nearby customers so they can receive arrival alerts and estimated arrival times. You should only start a live route when you intend to be travelling/selling, and should end it when you stop. Your live location is not shared once your route ends.
FeriBazaar helps customers discover you and reserve items in advance, but FeriBazaar is not a party to any sale. You are responsible for honoring reasonable reservations made through the app, for the quality, safety, pricing, and legality of everything you sell, and for any payment collected directly from customers (including via your own UPI ID, if you choose to share one on your profile).
You agree to interact with customers respectfully through in-app chat and in person, and not to use the Service to harass, mislead, or discriminate against any customer. Repeated valid complaints, fraudulent listings, or fake reviews may result in warnings, reduced visibility, or suspension of your account.
Customers may leave public ratings and reviews based on their experience with you. FeriBazaar does not guarantee a minimum rating and will not remove genuine reviews on request, but will act on reviews that violate our content guidelines (e.g. abusive language, unrelated content).
Core vendor features — creating a profile, listing products, sharing your live route, and receiving customer reservations — are free. From time to time we may offer optional paid features (for example, demand-area insights or priority placement). Any paid feature will clearly state its price and what it includes before you opt in. We may suspend or remove a Vendor account that provides false verification information, repeatedly receives valid safety or fraud complaints, or otherwise violates this Agreement or our Terms of Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via our Contact page.
FeriBazaar provides a discovery and communication platform only. We are not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions, interactions, or in-person meetings between you and customers.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of your Vendor account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
