Refund Policy

How refunds are handled on FeriBazaar.

1. The FeriBazaar App Is Free

Creating an account, browsing vendors, receiving arrival alerts, reserving products, chatting with vendors, and registering as a vendor are all free on FeriBazaar. FeriBazaar does not charge customers or vendors for these core features, so no refund is applicable to them.

2. Reservations & In-Person Payments

"Reserving" an item through the app is a request to a vendor to set it aside — it is not an online payment made to FeriBazaar. Any payment for goods happens directly between you and the vendor (in cash, via UPI, or another method the vendor accepts) and is governed by your arrangement with that vendor, not by FeriBazaar. If you have an issue with a purchase from a vendor, please raise it directly with the vendor first; you can also report serious issues to us via our Contact page.

3. Optional Paid Vendor Features

From time to time, FeriBazaar may offer optional paid features for vendors (for example, demand-area insights or priority placement), as described in our Vendor Agreement. Where such a feature is purchased:

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the feature was not delivered as described or was not used.
  • Refunds for partially used subscription periods, if any, will be calculated on a pro-rated basis at our discretion.
  • To request a refund, contact us via our Contact page with your account details and the reason for the request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable time, typically within 7–14 business days, subject to processing times of the relevant payment provider.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, especially as new paid features are introduced. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
