These guidelines help customers trust every stall and cart on FeriBazaar. Listings that follow them rank higher in local search.
1. Who can list
Any vendor who sells fresh produce, flowers, dairy, fish, bakery or daily staples from a fixed stall, shop or moving cart in a city we serve. One listing per stall or cart.
2. Accurate information
- Use the name customers know you by – no extra keywords or phone numbers in the name.
- Stalls must show the real address and opening hours. Mark holidays in advance.
- Moving carts must keep their route stops and timings up to date.
3. Photos
Use real photos of your stall, cart and products taken in daylight. No stock images, logos of other brands or photos with people's faces without consent.
4. Today's stock
Only mark items as In stock if you have them today. Update stock at least once a day – listings with stale stock are shown lower.
5. Messages & visit requests
Reply to messages within a few hours during working time. Accept or decline visit requests quickly so customers can plan. Never ask customers to pay in advance through FeriBazaar messages.
6. Reviews
Do not post reviews for your own listing or offer anything in return for reviews. You can reply politely to any review.
7. Verification
Verify your mobile and ID to go live. Add FSSAI registration or a municipal vending certificate to earn the Verified badge.
8. Not allowed
- Tobacco, alcohol, medicines or any illegal items.
- Misleading claims such as "organic" without a source.
- Duplicate listings for the same stall or cart.
9. Suspension
Listings that break these rules may be hidden while we review them. Repeated issues lead to removal. Contact vendor support if you think we made a mistake.
