How to permanently delete your FeriBazaar account and personal data — from inside the app, or from this page if you can't sign in.
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data from FeriBazaar — the FeriBazaar mobile app and website, operated by FeriBazaar. It applies to both customer and vendor accounts.
This is the fastest way, and it works immediately.
Your account is deactivated straight away and you are signed out on every device. It is permanently deleted 30 days later.
Use this if you've uninstalled the app, changed phone, or can't sign in for any other reason. We'll send a one-time code to your registered mobile number to confirm the request is really yours.
When your account is permanently deleted, the following is removed from our systems:

| Account details | Name, mobile number, email address and profile photo are deleted. |
| Location data | Saved addresses, your default location and any stored vendor location are deleted. We do not keep location history. |
| Messages | Your conversations with vendors or customers, and all messages in them, are deleted. |
| Reviews & ratings | Every review and rating you wrote is deleted, along with any photos attached to it. |
| Favourites & interests | Followed vendors, saved items and product interests are deleted. |
| Requests | Vendor visit requests you raised or accepted are deleted. |
| Notifications | Your notification history is deleted, and push notifications stop immediately. |
| Vendor business profile (vendors) | Business name, description, working hours, coverage areas, profile photo, cover image and your whole photo gallery are deleted. |
| Product listings (vendors) | All products and their images are deleted, and your listing is removed from the website. |
| Identity documents (vendors) | The ID type and number you submitted for verification, and the uploaded image of that document, are deleted. |

| Deletion record | We keep a record that a deletion request was made and honoured, for up to 12 months. Your phone number is stored only as an irreversible cryptographic hash — it cannot be read back or used to identify or contact you. This exists so we can prove your request was carried out. |
| Anonymised counts | Aggregate figures that contain no personal data — such as the number of vendors in a city — are unaffected and are not linked to you. |
| Legal or fraud records | Where the law requires us to keep a record, or where we need it to investigate fraud or abuse, we retain the minimum necessary for as long as required, then delete it. |
If you'd rather keep your account but remove what we hold about you, choose "Only my personal data" in the form above. That clears your saved addresses, stored location, profile photo, uploaded photos, verification documents and reviews, while leaving your login intact. Vendors who do this will need to re-submit verification before their listing shows a verified badge again.
If you can't complete either option — for example you no longer have access to your registered mobile number — contact us and we will verify your identity another way and action the request for you. We respond to deletion requests within 7 days.
